The rich biodiversity in the area ranging from temperate to alpine forests are inhabited by wildlife like; Red Panda, Musk deer, Himalayan thar, Snow Leopard and various species of pheasants including Danfe (the national bird of Nepal).
The presence of glaciers and moraines along with the spectacular view of the snow capped mountains like, Annapurna, Manaslu, Ganesh, Langtang, Jugal, Rolwaling and Numbur adds extra bonus to the trek. The trip also offers to the visitors a close look to the life style and culture of the indigenous communities such as Sherpa, Newar, Thami, Tamang, Yolmo and Majhi.
