Taking a helicopter tour over the Himalayas is a truly magnificent adventure, filled with awe-inspiring scenery and magnificent peaks. This tour begins from Kathmandu airport and takes you towards the east flying parallel to the Himalayan range enjoying a seemingly endless chain of snow capped peaks as you fly over high hills, villages, glaciers and lakes, rivers and gorges offering a great opportunity to experience and photograph. During the journey you will get a close up and personal panoramic view of the world's highest peak along with other splendid peaks such as Everest (8,848m), Lhotse (8,501m), Cho Oyu (8,153m), Pumori (7,165m), Nuptse (7864m), Ganesh, Dorje Lhakpa, Gaurishanker… and the list goes on!
Your flight destination is Everest Base Camp and the chopper will land at base camp to provide you an opportunity to explore around and take pictures. After a while stopover at base camp, you fly towards Kongde Ri (4200 m) where the world’s highest full service luxury resort is. We offer you lunch at Kongde resort with magnificent views of the Himalayan ranges including Everest and after lunch you fly back to Kathmandu and explore this historical city before concluding the trip.
