Everest 3 Passes Trek
This is a classic high altitude trek in the Everest region designed for the adventurous hiker who wants to do the EBC Trek via a more challenging loop route with very little backtracking crossing three high passes (not involving any technical climbing). The trip begins with a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and then trek to Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa capital, before heading west to Thame and onwards towards the remote Nangpa Valley, close to the border with Tibet to do the first pass of the trip Renjo La and then Cho la and Khongma la respectively. This trek passes through the entire Everest region and provides all the highlights of the region with a mixture of local villages and Sherpa culture. If you would like to experience the best of what the Everest region has to offer, then this is the right trek for you.
